Poses are gentle , ususually supported by props, and held for some time in balanced alignment. Different forms of pranayama (breathing practices) are often practiced in some supine poses. This type of practice can be modified to accommodate a wide range of students’ physical health and goals.
Vinyasa - Refers to the alignment of movement and breath, a method which turns static Asanas into a dynamic flow.

Yoga for Musicians - This class focuses on the connection between the mind and body in relation to one's music-making. As any musician knows, we all have mental and physical blocks that can restrict the fullness of our expression on an instrument. This class is designed to examine these factors in order to learn how to embrace them and move forward. Each class will include asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation. All levels welcome.
ISHTA Inspired
This class draws together the Hatha Yoga asana practice with tantric philosophy. Students of all levels can individualize their practice so that it becomes something that fits their needs on a day-to-day basis, on and off the mat. Props and Modifications are given to help support the students' progress. Meditation is taught and incorporated in the second part of class, encouraging everyone to reach into their unbound potential.
“As your mind becomes harmonized through yoga practices, you begin to see the Atman in all beings and all beings in your Self;
you see the same Self everywhere in everything.” Bhagavad Gita
