NEW CAPOEIRA CLASS SCHEDULE

Kids class is Monday and Thursday at 6

Adults class is Monday through Thursday at 7:30

2023 is the year of our new black Abadas. Students may wear the new black uniform pants or the old white uniform pants to class and to events. A group shirt should be worn to all classes and events.

Kadence - Women’s Dance Classes on the first and last Fridays of the month

STUDIO RENOVATIONS

The music room is being insulated and is scheduled to be completed at the end of January.

We have Berimbaus, Pandeiros, Agogos, and Reco-Recos for sale.

The multipurpose room and classroom are both being renovated and should be completed at the end of February.

The Yoga studio is being constructed and scheduled to be completed at the end of March.
